All in Urban Hell
To me trading cards are awesome because of how they trick my brain. Acquiring a card which I covet can elicit the same feelings of owning something well engineered, rare and fun without actually existing beyond the paper they’re printed on.
After receiving the final batch of city ingredients from Steel Warrior Studios, I quickly got to work basing my new goodies designed by the Lazy Forger.
This time it’s some colourful civilian-style bots. They’re again 15mm SciFis from Khurasan Miniatures.
Here is another excellent mini from Khurasan. It’s a low profile, modern looking tank that reminds me a little of the Leopard 2.
I tackled this set purchased from GCMINI. I’m really a big fan of their eclectic collections. I tried to get a little adventurous with graffiti on these highway supports.
Here is the Apartment Block from GC Minis. I’ve added some various bits and pieces to make it feel more urban hell. The paintjob is inspired by Joshua Smith.
The Corsair Battle Dress is made for 15mm scale, but I think it works great as a medium 6mm mech. It’s my first painted fig from the legendary Khursan Miniatures.
Welcome to 2184, a world where the new trillionaire class produce, and deploy B.A.V.s to nations with low GDP to garner influence. There are also horrible aliens and, what the hell, heinous demons. Why not?
